Owners Betty and Buster Matteson invite you to relax in a bit of Hill Country Heaven.... This enchanting stone cottage is nestled among the trees overlooking the beautiful Guadalupe River -- 14 miles west of Kerrville on Highway 39, just 1.6 miles past the Post Office in Hunt, TX in the lovely Texas Hill Country.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a large living area with fireplace overlooking the Guadalupe River. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people (linens are furnished) and also includes complete kitchen with dishes, central A/C & heat, full bath, cable TV, and VCR. Picnic and Bar-B-Q facilities are available.

Cottage Rental

Cottage is available year-round
2 night minimum (3 nights on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and July 4th holidays)
50% deposit required (refundable if we are notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival or if cottage is re-rented for the same dates)
Payment in full at check-in
Check-in is at 3:00pm
Check-out is at 12 noon
No pets please
No smoking
